The guide covers Colorado residential heating, cooling and related electrification incentives relevant to UniColorado's service area. It organizes public rules by utility service, project type, effective date, contractor requirement and source.
UniColorado has a commercial interest in HVAC installation. That interest is disclosed so readers can judge the guide accordingly. Program administrators determine eligibility and payment; UniColorado does not guarantee an incentive.
How records are maintained
Every displayed amount should have a program owner, amount basis, effective period, service requirement, project category, source URL and checked date. Official administrator pages, statutes, regulatory filings and current application documents take priority over marketing pages and search snippets.
Historical amounts remain useful when explaining an older quote, but they are labeled historical. When sources conflict or the current form cannot be retrieved, the guide marks the amount for confirmation rather than choosing the most attractive figure.
Corrections
